KONSENTRASI EKSTRAK AKAR TUBA (Derris elliptica) SEBAGAI RACUN PATIN (Pangasius pangasius)

Penelitian mencoba untuk menentukan konsentrasi ekstrak akar tuba yang efektif meracuni patin (Pangasius pangasius) dan hubungan antara waktu pingsan pulih berdasarkan racun tuba. Indikatornya didasarkan atas tercepat terlama. Sebanyak 72 berukuran panjang total 13-37,5 cm dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Konsentrasi minimal ditentukan 10 ppm, menengah 45 maksimal 80 ppm. < ppm tidak memberikan pengaruh apapun pada ikan, sedangkan > 90 menyebabkan kematian ikan. Sementara kategori respon ikan disesuaikan dengan tabel McFarland (1959). Hasilnya adalah lebih baik dibandingkan cepat lama pulih. Hubungan tpn tpl setiap dijelaskan oleh persamaan tpl-80ppm = 9,4599 tpn--80ppm + 0,0553 nilai koefisien korelasi r 0,996, tpl-45ppm 8,4181 tpn-45ppm - 22,615 (r 0,998), tpl-10ppm 5,5104 tpn-10ppm 56,115 0,997).
